Could be good for risk adverse people just looking for a stable job.

Terrible corporate culture, little advancement or development opportunities, inflexible corporate policies and below average pay.

Decent benefits and paid time off policy, including ability to take two days per year for volunteer work and company matching for charitable donations.

Pros

Overall this is a great company to work for. It's an industry leader, good strategic direction and great work culture.

Cons

Some divisions and senior managers are deplorable, especially where the attention to cost-savings can be excruciating. Bad managers aren't re-mediated.
