Pros

Company is stable. Almost no one ever gets fired. Projects are meaningful focusing on science, health science, medicine, and pharmaceuticals. Company is transitioning to a digital data service provider from a publisher background. Tech projects are very innovative. Company stresses ethics and fair treatment for all

Cons

Salaries are a bit below industry standard. Limited bonuses (10%). Very, very limited stock benefits. Overall benefit package is competitive, but not leading class. Medical plan is disappointing...coverage is good, but high deductible. Company is struggling to move into the digital space with some baggage from the publishing business.
