Pros

Compensation and benefits are competitive compared to the rest of the industry.

Cons

There seems to be little concern for work life balance within the company. Most publishers oversee too many projects to handle them all well. The company prides itself on a "flat" organization but this leads to little opportunity to advance or gain management experience.

Pros

Encourages creative ideas; recognizes performance.

Top-heavy with executives and middle managers. Rigid in terms of allocating funds and increasing head count where obviously needed.
