Advancement is dead.

Pros

Excellent benefits, nice people, fun employee events a few times per year. There is a culture of work/life balance, and using vacation or sick time is never questioned.

Cons

The benefits don't make up for the fact that advancement is dead, few if any get raises, and fake positions are created to give the illusion of opportunity. Management and operations are very bureaucratic. It is a shame since when I was first hired here many many years ago I had such high hopes to grow with the organization and contribute. But I've never seen red tape so bad.

Pros

The biggest perks of working here is the flexibility in schedule. My colleagues were also wonderful and intelligent people.

Cons

The location is horrible. The pay leaves much to be desired. There is little-to-no growth opportunity. The health benefits (while similar to what others offer) is not great.

Pros

Really good people - professional and capable. Pretty OK benefits. Lots of flexibility for work/life balance. Great location in the city.

Cons

Sub-par salaries, little career development. Rigid business processes, doesn't respond to market changes very well, conservative.
