Pros

There is nothing that I can think of about this place. They offer health benefits and some vacation time. But nothing fair.

Cons

Elwyn is not a supportive work environment. If you work very hard to do your best you will never hear anything good. Never expect anything positive out of management you always are never doing good enough and you never will. There is never a promotion or more money ever for you here ever. You will never ever hear good job, they will find some way to tear you down. if you do anything slightly wrong you will hear about it for 30 days or more where they will constantly remind you how you screwed that one thing up, even just once. Then hound you for months about the same issue. Every tiny mistake is thrown in your face by your 4 or 5 bosses that will only ever criticize everything you do. Clients are valued and you as an employee are not valued at all. Management is frequently criticized for being out of touch, unfair treatment for promotions, unprofessional, or unsupportive with Issues include lack of communication, no positive reinforcement, favoritism in hiring, favoritism in management, failure to address staff concerns, and never ever the supplies you need to do your job. If you want to grow in a company this is not the place to work. Promotions are few and far in between and expect to never ever be given a chance for advancement in your career. No paid certifications or training to advance, no advancement ever. Look elsewhere to grow in a career; current employees never called back when applying for a position. But they will hire another senior executive to have one more boss to report to that will never help. Your new boss will add to the constant never ending criticism, and will have no clue about most things at Elwyn but how you are always wrong. You will not get a fulfilling career with advancement, but you will get a stale environment of no change and a place where every tiny mistake will follow you for months. But despite all the flaws; the Elwyn upper management team is … trying, to do something maybe. The job is nothing but stressful at all time with little relief and only criticism constantly. Flexible hours depending on your position. Work from home for Directors and above.
