Awful training program NO support from mgmt Furloughed while upper Mgmt continues to reward themselves with huge salaries Req’d to train new staff with no compensation Req’d to cover caseloads for no extra money Caseloads exceed 120 children

This organization is incredibly unstable. They are constantly making changes and have to multiple lay offs in my short time working here. They do not care about quality of therapy and rather make all decisions based on finances. They are reactive, lack organization, do not care about their employees and do not value our contributions as therapists. Save yourself the stress of learning a new job only to be ejected from the position. As therapists, we can find better organizations to work for and support! The children of Philadelphia deserve better as well.
