Pros

1. Lot of customers & revenue. Feels like you're in a fast growing, stable company. 2. Smart team, everything moves very fast. You can get exposure to any part of the start up easily to learn more. People are nice, so not much inter-personal stress. 3. You learn about and use Agentic AI a lot every day. In your daily work, for your product or customers. If you're excited about Agentic AI, enterprise automation feels like a great way to create impact. 4. You can quickly increase in scope or responsibility if you are inclined to. Never a boring day :)

Cons

Work life balance: you will have calls at night with the India team. Most people work long hours every day (10hrs is common). I take evenings off, never work Friday nights, and rarely work weekends. But I definitely do not have time to socialize or chill on weekdays.

Pros

Extremely fast learning curve, you will level up quickly if you like being challenged. Opportunity to build and ship new AI agents using cutting-edge technologies. Open tech culture: you can use any tool/stack that helps you move faster and build better. Serious, execution-focused work environment with smart people who care about results. Great place for people who enjoy ownership and high-impact work.

Cons

Long working hours are common due to the pace and startup intensity. Can feel like burnout at times if you don’t actively manage work-life balance. Fewer fun/team activities compared to larger companies. The focus is mostly on shipping
