He is happy on a moment's notice to issue heavy handed directives on how things should be done, and he isn't afraid to let you and everyone else know how superior he is. * The Gallup poll scores are horrible, and management blames the employees for it instead of doing anything to address the toxic environment that has destroyed morale * Fake reviews on Glassdoor to bump up their scores * While the owner is taking draws and sucking money out of the company he quibbles over even the most minor expenses to help people do their jobs * Salaries across the board are lower than industry norms * You better love wearing lots of different hats, because you will be loaded up to the breaking point with work * Overall just a horrible, negative, and toxic place to work. Everyone I know there is looking for a new job.
