Some leaders are exceptional and role models. Positive attitude and teamwork is encouraged throughout the organization. Great place for new grads to get good training.

I feel like I am doing work with a purpose. I am challenged to look at things differently to come up with solutions to different projects. I am supported by my managers and get along well with the whole department (and organization). Everyone is friendly, supportive and easy to work with.

Cons

Holiday's come out of your PTO balance. I know I accrue more because of this, but coming from a non hospital environment, it's a tough mindset to leave behind. It's not a big deal though.
