I have worked for Emanate Health for 40 years and have had a wonderful and gratifying career. Emanate has given me support and opportunities to grow with this organization. They truly represent and live their mission of helping people keep well in body, mind and spirit by providing quality, safe and compassionate care . The managers, and staff are warm welcoming and there is a true collaboration and teamwork between departments and physicians. There is good transparent communication by holding town hall meetings, weekly written communication, staff meetings and an open door feeling when you just want to talk. I know that many staff feel like this is their 2nd family and enjoy coming to work by bring their best selves to serve our community.

New to the company, but I was impressed from the beginning. It started with the friendly and knowledgeable recruiters and HR personnel. They kept me informed throughout the interview process and thereafter. The staff and Leaders at Inter-Community Hospital have made me feel welcomed by demonstrating their Family-Friendly Culture that other organizations lack. Patient-Centered Care is a priority to all who work here. While doing so, we focus on the quality of care given to each and everyone who is admitted . Through conversations, I’ve come to realize that the employees are loyal to the company. Many have been here more than 10 years and have held different titles. Who doesn’t want Personal Development and Growth Opportunities?!
