Emanate Health Queen of the Valley is a great place to work. The staffs are friendly and welcoming. I truly learned a great deal while working for this facility. The staffs encourages, motivates, and helps you grow. Upper management is open to feedback, listens to staffs concerns and/or opinions, and provides feedback in a timely manner. Management works with their staffs to promote a positive working environment. Most importantly, the staffs truly care about the patients' well being, and everyone works together as a team to provide optimal patient care.
