      There's a reason why so many people have worked her over 20 years. This company has a family atmosphere and we really care about each other and the patients we take care of. We get education reimbursement and many opportunities for growth and advancement. Management cares about us and treats us with respect.

      It's not the highest paying employer, but it's above average, and we work here because we love it here!

      I love the teamwork and family feel. You become close with your co-workers and feel the support from the managers, knowing they have your back. It's easy to make friends and has great vibes.

      No cons. Any place can have its challenges, but there's a reason so many staff members like it and stay for years.
