Insurance benefits is better than other company, you can add your dependence’s by a reasonable price

Cons

No paid holidays, mandatory day off once a month, all come out from your own PTO bank, for new hirers, you accrue 20 days PTO annually, however 15 days are gone, only 5 days left you can use on your own reason. Bad.
