1. Staff are engaged and emanate a family environment where people actually care about one another. 2. Supportive management who care about me and supports my professional growth and learning opportunities. 3. Great education benefits where the company will reimburse for my education and training to specialize in different areas, so I may best serve my patients. 4. We provide community events and host education opportunities where all can learn and elevate our community's health.

Cons

1. Like any place, there are some people that are not so "jolly" all the time. But sometimes, people just have bad days. 2. Sometimes patients complain about the lack of parking.
