Pros

Emanate Health Queen of the Valley is truly the best place to work. Upper management and staff have open door policy. Your voice matters no matter who you talk to and it makes you feel valued. There are so many opportunities that come your way and you can take advantage of it and excel in what you do. The culture of this hospital is soothing and you always feel at home when you come to work. The staff actually takes care of each other’s needs and that is plus for me knowing I have the support of my staff and upper management team.

Cons

Only thing is I wish I was fluent in Spanish. But there are interpreters to help so that’s not a problem.

Emanate Health is a great place to work. Everyone is so friendly and willing to help when needed. I have learned so much since working at this organization, the management is really supportive as well. I get constant feedback from my leader which I appreciate very much. I feel like I am working with family. I would not want to work anywhere else!
