Pros

Paid at the top of the market. Coworkers are friendly and caring. Only have to work the third weekend. Nightshift differential, weekend shift differential, and crisis pay.

Cons

Small hospital, not a lot of units to float to. Tends to be short staffed a lot. Management can be difficult. Cafeteria is not open at night. No 24/7 pharmacist.

I have been working at CVHP for about 5 years now and I love it. I have grown so much professionally and really benefit from the supportive leadership and experienced colleagues. They really take their mission and values and values seriously.

Cons

I really can't think of one...I do live a little far, but I wouldn't consider changing jobs because I love it so much. That says a lot.
