Pros

Citrus Valley Health Partners is a great place to work. I was given such a warm welcome that I have never received in any organization before with banners, balloons, flowers, and a card signed by everyone. It was a great feeling to feel valued on the first day of the job. Everyone is so friendly and willing to help when needed. I have learned so much since working at this organization, the management is really supportive as well. I get constant feedback from my leader which I appreciate very much. I feel like I am working with family. I would not want to work anywhere else!

Small hospital. Friendly staff. Good pay and benefits. Can mostly set up your schedule without much interference from managers.

Cons

Short staffed consistently. Floated consistently. constant pressure from managers to perform due to Press Ganey scores.

Family atmosphere, great benefits, they support education, surprises bonuses when the company is doing well. Potlucks. Mostly friendly people. People tend to stay.

Cons

Under staffed and uses registry at times. Management doesn't care much about our workload they care more about the productivity numbers. High turnover in management staff.
