      Close to the freeway and mall; casual dress code; there weren't any other positive things to say about this outdated facility

      Recruiting and onboarding process is painfully disorganized and lengthy; unrealistic expectations of new hires (supervisors with 25+ years at the company expect trainees to learn antiquated computer programs in less than a week); below average compensation; loud and stressful work environment; inadequate on-site parking

      Pros

      Really a good company to work for. Management is very focused on employees and the CEO Robert Curry is very engaged and approachable. And it's for real. It's nice to work for a company that keeps staff updated on projects and general news. Company is also proactive and focused on patients to make sure they always have an excellent experience from walking in the door to leaving. I'm proud and lucky to work for Citrus Valley Health Partners. The company is involved in the community to keep people aware of our services.Very good benefits, too!

      Can't think of any negative things to say at this time. My salary is quite fair but I wouldn't complain if I received a raise!
