Pros

Access to Cafeteria. Good food. Nice co-workers. Small hospital. In a nice town area. Mostly every employee from the cafe ladies to the other lab techs are nice and humble.

Cons

Shady practices. They don't care how you run your lab, lots of safety practices were skipped or non-existant. Communication is lacking among higher ups to the lower employees. There is a gap where people think they are better than you.
