      Pros

      Paid at the top of the market. Coworkers are friendly and caring. Only have to work the third weekend. Nightshift differential, weekend shift differential, and crisis pay.

      Cons

      Small hospital, not a lot of units to float to. Tends to be short staffed a lot. Management can be difficult. Cafeteria is not open at night. No 24/7 pharmacist.

      Friendly employees, nice managers, good pay and benefits. Involved in a lot of employee appreciation activities

      Cons

      Overworked and understaffed - don't understand why they won't hire more people. The ER is a joke!!!

      The hospitals are all about building connections with their patients and employees.

      They have good employee retention. The employees on each floor work well with each other, and provide support when needed.

      Cons

      Not enough staff members to take on the overload of patients. Minimum room for growth within the hospital. They don't like giving overtime, period.
