-I've been with Emanate Health, formerly Citrus Valley Health Partners, for decades. The culture of family is what has kept me here. My colleagues and I have a connection beyond policies, procedures, and bedside care. We are friends who enjoy each others company which makes coming to work pleasant and enjoyable! Our current CNO was my Director in ICU years ago. Mary K has always connected with her nurses through her visibility and professionalism. She is also a very likable and generous person who hosts parties for her staff with her own home cooking. This is family. Recently she came to our Unit with food from Porto's to thank us for our hard work and dedication! -Emanate works hard to ensure we are staffed appropriately to maintain patient ratios. -Individual consideration and flexibility by our ICU management regarding scheduling is a big reason nurses stay -Growth of the Organization.
