      Pros

      Sense of family and I love my charge nurses. They always are there to help me when I have a question or need help with a patient. I started my career at a different hospital and came here a few years ago and I can’t say enough how I feel so supported by the charge nurses here. They are so awesome.

      Cons

      I feel like sometimes we aren’t fully stocked on supplies. Not like we don’t have them but like we have to call to get them. It’s just really annoying. I also really don’t like the Chief Nurse. She is very patronizing and honestly plays favorites. I have a coworker who she consistently dismisses so my coworker always asks me to talk when she comes by the unit. I have seen this myself and it is really hard when the top nurse isn’t a good leader.
