      -The company is growing extremely fast within a very short amount of time. New facilities being constructed and top doctors are being hired to make us market leaders. -A health system truly designed with the patient in mind -Friendly team-environment -Employee-centric work culture. Lots of events to get to know each other, and good people. -Resources to excel -Opportunity to get your hands in multiple areas and grow -You have the chance to define your job role, and truly bring your knowledge and expertise to the company -Leadership is driven. They are about their employees, and have a solid game plan for the future. Great energy. -Cross-department functionality and teams are created to help the company excel

      Since we have expanded so quickly with additional employees, sometimes access to management isn't always easy. There can be delays because of this, but it's only a matter of time before the adjustments are made.
