Great people but little room for career growth

- Above industry salary for position - Generally supportive and kind coworkers - Beautiful office space in the Financial District (although probably not used as much anymore)

Cons

- Misaligned priorities from management - Little to none work/life balance for some teams - Barely any room for promotion or salary increase beyond the 3-5% adjustment for inflation and performance

Great PTO, competitive salary, work from home, 401K.

Cons

Too many cooks in the kitchen with too many opinions. Lots of time wasted on meetings, and 'hurry up and wait' projects. Middle management has no clue and seems to kame up stuff as they go along which takes its toll on the peons, hence the high turnover rate.
