The benefits are great, health insurance is top tier and PTO time begins accruing on your first day.

Cons

Pays the least starting pay of other companies and your insurance rates as well as union dues will consume the rest of your pay. Upper management is terrible, HR is awful and makes a lot of mistakes leading to undue stress and anxiety.
