Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University reviews about "work environment"

The pay was very low

Extremely low pay-compared to other employers in the area. I've had two coworkers quit over the toxic work environment, and two were "let go", a third was hired in at XYZ salary and some time into his employment they lowered it, causing him to have to get a second job.

Sometimes juggling high expectations and a fast-paced workload

Can be unorganized at times.

Senior leadership are snakes. If you look up toxic work environment, they click off almost every box. It's sad really because there are so many great reasons to work there.
