      Pros

      The talent at Emergent is unbelievable. People do everything with thought, excellence and good intentions. This is nice because you can really rely on your co-workers. Makes you really proud to be apart of the team. Everyone is so nice and helpful as well. C-Suite is willing jump in and help in anyway they can. Nothing is beneath them. Flexible work schedule is nice. Remote first attitude is great as you don't feel like an outsider as a remote employee. 401k match. Nice equipment sent to you.

      A Great Place to Work!

      Pros

      Fully Remote, Flexible Schedule, super friendly and knowledgeable staff, everyone is an expert in their field, and I love the people on my team! Profit sharing is awesome, the laid back working environment is great, and they really promote a work-life balance.

      Cons

      I was anxious about leaving a Fortune 5 to come work for a small, independent software company. I've been here about a year now and have ZERO complaints.

      Pros

      Overall, great people that are great at what they do. This starts at the top and works it's way down. Ability to not only succeed at my work, but also have hobbies and life/family outside of work. Always open to new ideas and ways to do things better/easier which benefits all.
