      Pros

      Fully remote. Work wherever you are. Flexible work hours. Get your time in on your own schedule. Work/life balance. No pressure to work more than you should. Small company, low bureaucracy, very transparent.

      Cons

      Remote work requires discipline to be productive and can make you feel isolated. It's not for everybody. Like any fast growing small company, change happens quickly, and you have to be able to roll with those changes.

      Pros

      Working with the smart people at Emergent Software has been a pleasure! I have thoroughly enjoyed getting to know everyone on the team and understanding where we provide the most value for clients. Although I'm on a team of 1, I feel as though many members of the team are willing to answer my questions or help me with projects. I have learned so much in the last year and look forward to what impact I can continue to have!

      Cons

      Working remotely can be isolating at times, but that's not really the fault of the company. Looking forward to when we're back in the office!
