- Mostly work on new projects - Get to work with the latest and greatest tech - Very flexible - bill your hours and you make your own schedule for the most part - Intelligent co-workers to learn from - Morale is high - Full remote (if you want) - Not micro-managed

Cons

- A low amount of vacation days, but that can be worked around with the flexibility of schedule

Pros

Very talented and positive team, great culture, good pay and benefits, virtually zero off hours work. Developers are able to generally able to pick there preferred technologies & design patterns when build solutions. Employees are allowed to work remotely 3 days a week.

Cons

Quality of tech can vary quite a bit by project. Project size is still fairly small which makes it harder to work in teams and can feel like a bit of a grind.
