Great, self-directed position, but yet have tons of support available. Time for the amount of work that I’m expected to do without my getting overwhelmed.

Cons

The pay. It’s definitely low-end for my experience and education. And just the extent of how corporate things have become: there are sooo many policies and procedures, etc.
