Management at seemingly almost every level is weak and ineffectual, with unfair/uneven treatment towards different employees based on who knows what. Policies indicate a lack of concern regarding retaining solid talent. High turnover in all areas/levels, including the VP level. Financial/fundraising strategies are questionable. Public relations is sort of in the gutter following recent events. There are probably some other things I am forgetting right now.

management and upper administration are toxic and won't invest money in things like equity work, diversity hiring, supports for marginalized students/staff/faculty, and most of the people who say they are doing social justice work are kidding themselves
