Micromanagement, favoritism, and internal politics hamper the career growth of individuals. Internal politics (fights) at management level hinders collaboration. Achievers are expected to take up all the work while the rest just laid back and dont even login to system. Experience and skills has no relevance in this org. People with 15-20 years of experience neither handle simple tasks nor has acumen to grasp skills.
