Minimum training. Management has no vision. Work culture is not good. You will not get work assignments according to your skill set. If your manager is happy with you then only you will get good opportunity in the ongoing project and also for good growth. Manager forcefully trying to lead the project even if you don’t have a technical project skill set. Working hours more then 12-15 hours on a daily basis with Saturday and Sunday. On a huge level pathetic politics from old employees and they will treat you as an outsider of the project.
