      Very Old way of thinking company

      There is somewhat job security. You don't have to be very intelligent to work here

      Cons

      The company does not make any innovative product. I do not think the entire company has competent engineers that can make a product for the modern world. It exists solely for oil and gas company which does not want to change. More importantly you will feel ashamed to call yourself an engineer if you work as a Supplier Performance "Engineer"
