Cons
Production pay scale caps after a couple of years. Salaried pay scale is ineffective for raises after growth Corporate IT and local Business disconnect. Brought workers back in the office too early during pandemic. We had setup a system to be able to work from home, but it was given up on after 4 months of the pandemic, increasing the risk of me and my fellow coworkers.
