      Pros

      Some training programs are good. You will become a PowerPoint guru since they love to look at slides.

      Cons

      Hyper political environment. Highly Matrixed organization with redundant layers and many dotted lines. Lots of MBAs hired at corporate to collect useless data from the businesses and make powerpoints. CEO Makes all decisions on management roles even far down into the organization with people he doesn’t know. If you didn’t work for the CEO in strategic planing group you have zero chance at getting a high level role. Lack of engineers running businesses so they manage via PowerPoint and Politics.
