      - Good work/life balance. - Lots of opportunity (if you know the right people and have the right manager). - Lots of kind people.

      Cons

      - Siloes + red tape can make getting things done challenging. - Return to office policy's rollout was horrific. - Senior Leadership is often vague about changes - makes it hard to buy-in.

      Package : voiture de fonction, essence payée, CE Travail gratifiant et management direct très humain

      Cons

      Difficulté à voir une évolution de carrière => l'agencement local des postes fait qu'il n'y a pas d'étape suivante "logique" pour évoluer, sauf création de poste exceptionnelle. Sensation d'un plafond de verre. Manque d'alignement entre les objectifs et ce qui fait le succès de l'entreprise (service client, qualité des intervenants) et les objectifs du top management (flicage des pointages, délocalisation, turnover important dans des centres de couts)

      It depends what department you are in. But who works in time will have a great work life balance with good site exposure.

      Cons

      As always increment and promotions depends on little perspective basis but it's fair.
