      Flexible work schedule Work is challenging - lots of opportunity for improvement Christmas week off

      Cons

      No management accountability when things go awry Management chases dollars and projects. Now that oil is below $50 a barrel, no diversification strategy - just layoff excess workers Snails pace in getting decisions made - too much time debating the obvious

      Not everyone should be a boss.

      Pros

      Clean environment for a warehouse setting. Work is not too hard for pay. The training is very good and so is the communication.

      Cons

      They have people working there that are in lead positions that have no people skills, and do not believe in demoting. If it was not for these individuals, Emerson would not be a bad place to work.
