      Pros

      Emerson Climate is a very friendly place to work. Great people. The level of professionalism is outstanding. Flexible with time off where family is concerned (doctor visits, sick child, etc.)

      Cons

      Pay is lower than similar sized companies in the area. Promotions are slow and annual increases are low. It is difficult to move up within the organization. It's easier to look outside the company.

      Stable market share and profit. Mangers are not pushing. Process industry are not evolving as fast as IT industry. It is much easier to balance work and life. People are really nice and ready to help each other. Great benefits Support continuing education
