this is the worst place I have ever worked. they have absolutely no interest in improving anything and there is a lot to improve. the receiving department causes problems for the entire company and management is too chicken to do anything about it. people are just unpleasant to each other and the attitude of everyone who works there is cover your backside. i have never worked at a place that has so many inventory problems and late deliveries. sales promises customers delivery dates that are totally unrealistic. and no the departments do NOT work well together. worst of all is the lazy union shop. i hate going into that place!!!

Be prepared to work everyday of your time. When you are at work you are expected to skip lunch and your breaks. Since the pay is based on production every time you stop the machine you lose money. Most people last about 4 years before they can't take it anymore and have to quit.
