Pros

Working here as a coop is pretty nice, and they are okay with you coming on and staying for multiple semesters in a row. You get federal holidays off, and one choice day per term. It’s a great way to get some work experience while you’re still in school.

Cons

As a coop, you don’t get nearly as many benefits as a salaried employee, which does make sense, but it is a con nonetheless. There are also strange rules about their wfh policy, where the salaried people can wfh I think 3 times a week, but the coops cannot wfh because they need “extra support” in office, which ends up feeling pointless because for most of the week, your coworkers are working from home anyway, or half of your team is in Europe.

Pros

Lower stress job, smaller team, unlimited sick time

Cons

Survey employees but don't care about them. Take away work life balance, not competitive pay, PTO is only three weeks, leadership hasn't a clue to help with day to day, and focus is on shareholders money in pockets.

Not Recommended, hourly nature

Pros

Good benefits, ok pay for what it is

Cons

Inflexible, phone system ties you firmly to a desk and schedule. No work instructions for random daily tasks that swamp most employees. Salaried job for hourly work. Turnover is very high. Some internal staff are very rude and condescending. Direct management is ok but some will go as far to track your lunch breaks. Even though it’s a stepping stone job I still find it difficult to pursue internal opportunities. I would not recommend this job to anyone besides a new grad.
