      Pros

      Profitable company. It has been generally stable. There are many very good, dedicated, loyal employees that have given decades of service to Emerson.

      Cons

      Pay is on the low end of most pay scales. No bonuses unless you are above Director level. They are in process of moving almost all of their IT organization to India, so there are many great American employees that are being cast out like old trash.
