Pros

Competitive salary, even for entry level positions. Genuinely good people that care, from Plant Manager to Janitors. Great work environment and everyone has such a great attitude. Associates display a high level of morale and job satisfaction.

Cons

I can't think of any legitimate complaints but if I had to list a con it would be that there are many tasks that have no documented process or manual.

Pros

This is a review of the Sunrise office before Emerson Network Power acquisition by Platinum Capital and its re-branding as Vertiv. The Sunrise office has a good management team. Benefits are decent, better than most places and there is emphasis on hiring permanent employees rather than being a cattle ranch with contractors coming in and out. There is new development as well as old/legacy development. Career opportunities exist for people who want to pursue them. You get what you put in.

Cons

Work on legacy systems could feel a bit overwhelming. No clear vision when under the Emerson umbrella. Whatever problems exist, I think they came from Emerson's upper-upper management. No complains about the Sunrise office.
