Pros

A decent company with good solutions and people

Cons

Lack of incentive system, don't pay very well . If you do your job well, you will get more work to do , you will stay in the same position for ever. Regardless of your performance, you get the same Metric increase with everyone else.

Pros

By and large you are responsible for selling a great product that comes with instant name recognition. Can do what you want in the sales territory.

Cons

Lots of layers of management besides your supervisor. There are business development managers that don't do any developing. It is nearly impossible to make a bonus because of the buckets you have to fill rather than being based on growing a territory. Price is a hindrance to further sales, but management doesn't understand competitive market. Too many different business units only confuses the hell out of customers.

Some of the best company events I have ever been to. Quick to ensure that you have the tools you need to complete your job.

Cons

Pay is WAY below the average for Huntsville, AL. Too tall of a management hierarchy. No thought about employee's work/life balance.
