Leadership: Only for IIM's or personal favorites of bosses Promotions: Deepends if you qualify for above or if you spend 16-20 years in the company. Ruled by people who have been here since avg 12 years and become used to working here....no matter the growth or salary Training: None....drive oneself. High independence, on the job training but no or very limited guidance
