      Huge Product Line and wide acceptance to Product range by all customers. Lot of opportunities within company for lateral and vertical growth.

      Cons

      Leader ship in India is more focused on theory and bookish concepts and is actually in learning phase, work life balance is worst as its POR driven company and monthly review for even DCS business is painful. Its actually a Product company . Company values change with leadership and presently leader ship is trying all trials and error methods and with no proven track record.
