      Pros

      There are none they don't teach you anything I learned on my own or from watching others maybe one pro is a paycheck but the company doesn't pay well.

      Cons

      training management is awful they don't pay well supervisors need to be investigated for others to see how poorly they do there jobs

      Pros

      Office culture people are quite friendly. Departments work well with each other. Employees once in place and trained seem to grow as a team

      Cons

      At time it was confusing the direction the company was heading. Demands were made on lower level employees while upper employees were given free rein to perform at lower levels.

      Pros

      Lots of technology, great place to learn and grow. Great place to hide and do nothing if you are underachiever too!

      Cons

      Compensation is below average. Plan on 3% a year once your on board. Work hard get 3.1%, do nothing get 2.8%. Learn, take advantage of training offered, plan on moving on to make real $$ after 4-5 years.
