      Great Place to learn manufacturing. Quality products. Pay is so-so to below average.

      Pros

      Lots of technology, great place to learn and grow. Great place to hide and do nothing if you are underachiever too!

      Cons

      Compensation is below average. Plan on 3% a year once your on board. Work hard get 3.1%, do nothing get 2.8%. Learn, take advantage of training offered, plan on moving on to make real $$ after 4-5 years.

      Pros

      Great atmosphere in the office, with colleagues doing their best to help each other instead of competing against one another. Some useful technical trainings. Moderate benefits. Very good work - life balance, with flexible schedule for some positions. Overtime rarely necessary.

      Cons

      Salaries tend to be low and increase very little. Many useless but compulsory training sessions. Few career path choices for people without an engineering background.

      Pros

      Great company to work for and lots of opportunities from within! My co-workers were nothing but wonderful people to work with, great benefits and positive atmosphere.

      Cons

      A bit of a "boys club"; women are limited in the corporate ladder.
