      Always prepare to be betrayed or abandoned by management. Management and sales team over promised customer and blame the execution team for not able to deliver project. Yet Management and Sales team took all the credit even they didn't carry out their duty

      Company values worth more on the degree and university attended, not by hard work and ability to learn quickly. Women have to be tough to be taken seriously: ratio is about 1 woman to about every 50 men.
