      Pros

      1. Its a learning experience where you can learn a lot about your field. 2. A company which follows the ethics and values to the core.

      Cons

      1. Its a very traditional company even though its an American conglomerate part of 25 billion dollar Emerson group. 2. The company still believes in the brand name and expects the business to happen just based on brand name without investing in marketing.

      Pros

      Ability to work independently but it really depends on your supervisors. Training opportunities are pretty good as long as they are to improve your job. Good work & life balance is one of the pros working at Process Management in Singapore.

      Cons

      Employee benefits are not good enough. Dental benefit is very minimum. Low salary compared to other companies in the same industry. Salary increment ranges from 3%-5%. Some people may get as low as 2%, or the worst I have heard is 1%.
